The Punjab Police has taken into custody 78 members of #WarisPunjabDe, from whom sharp weapons and guns have been seized. Amritpal Singh’s close aide Daljit Singh Kalsi has also been caught from Gurgaon in Haryana.
Internet services are completely closed. Amritpal Singh, a radical claiming to be a follower of terrorist Bhindranwale managed to escape from the police trap.
Heavy security arrangements have been made outside Amritpal’s village Jallupur Khaira as well. An appeal has been made not to spread any kind of objectionable video message or rumor on social media and it has been said to maintain peace.
